What is your return policy on installed parts?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, items must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Once a component has been mounted or used on a bike, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Profile Design products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

How do I know if a hydration system is compatible with my bike?
